One of the pervading idea among many contemporary self help teachers is where your awareness goes your energy flows (Dandapani) or energy flows where attention goes (Tony Robbins, The Secret, Dr. Joe Dispenza). What does this mean? Dandapani expands the concept and links it to will power or self discipline. To direct your awareness or focus you have to develop willpower. Dandapani equates willpower to a mental muscle. You have to train it, otherwise you will be left at the mercy of your emotional and physical wims. There are three ways to train your willpower. (1) Finish what you begin. (2) Do a little more than last time. (3) Do a little better than last time. When you learn to direct your awareness or focus consistently, then you will be channelling your energy into creating and manifesting new things in your life. Commit to the will power training for next few weeks and share back with the community about your experience.
