What: Self Help Assist mission is to help anyone interested in finding effective knowledge and/or skills to improve themselves and consequently their life.  Self-improvement is essentially an elimination of limits we subconsciously place on ourselves.    How: Self Help Assist intends to become a first aggregate site where people can take advantage of our collective experience to chose the best guru to follow, the best workshop to attend, the best book to read, the best gadget to use, and the best online resources to enjoy. 

Why: According to some sources, the self-improvement industry is estimated to grow to over $13 billion by 2022. This translates into a lot of choices and options. Some of these choices may not be effective so why waste time and money on those.  Self Help Assist believes in collective experience and wisdom which can guide our choice towards options that will lead to desired results while avoiding the "snake oil" choices or help us to "separate the grain from the chaff".
