We want to coin a new term for life long learners who not only have a passion for self improvement but also want to develop an expertise about the self improvement industry. Like Foodies who have an refined interest in food and who eat food not only out of hunger but due to their interest or hobby; Helprators (Self Help Curators) unlike self help junkies who constantly chase the next high from next self help endeavor, we are interested in self improvement results and expertise in self improvement knowledge and tools.
Do you want to become a Helprator? Contact us for consideration.

This website is my passion project that was inspired by a book and a course activity: The Wisdom of Crowds by James Surowiecki and the Habit of Ferocity course offered by Mindvalley. Wisdom of Crowds is a fascinating book about our collective ability to effectively and accurately assess a situation or find a solution. Even though individually we may only contain certain pieces of information, when combined together, collective wisdom approaches extremely high levels of accuracy. Whereas, the course allowed me to unleash my curiosity and turn my passion into purpose. My passion is life long learning and sharing the knowledge and experience to help people embark on a self-discovery for the best version of themselves. I hope you contribute your piece of wisdom on this site and share your experiences in the review blog and forum.

My main goal through Self Help Assist is to help set up others for success by providing them with easy access to the materials and information they need to embark on their journey for self-care. Self-care is extremely important to me and is something that I continue to work on everyday. Maintaining a healthy relationship with yourself is very beneficial and helps boost confidence and self-esteem. In the past, I have found that self-care resources aren't always the easiest to find on your own. I hope that this website will help others start their journey. Remember to always love yourself!

I am interested in self development to discover who I really am and what my full potential is. Daily yoga and medidation practice help me to experience life with clear, focused and peaceful mind. I am a full time time psychology student and believe that every new experience helps us to understand who we are and whom we can become.
