Both of these workshops are prerequisites for taking the weeklong workshop. Dispenza introduced me to the idea being responsible for creating my own reality. That creation starts with choosing our thoughts or training our mind. Breaking the habit of being your comfortable self even if you hate your life and imagining all new possibilities. But this comes with a price. Passing the river of change is not comfortable. So get comfortable with being uncomfortable and open the door to uncertainty.
