I feel as though Gregg Braden has paved the way for Dr. Dispenza. Braden formulated the theory while Dispenza is developed the system that can be put into practice. Both Braden and Dispenza share the belief that we have the ability to transcend our crises and challenges in our life. We have an innate ability to heal our bodies. But we sabotage the healing processes by loosing alignment between our mind and heart.
