Although Tolle's teaching seems so simple in theory, yet it is extremely hard in practice. We have an ever wondering mind which either runs into the future or pondering the past. How do you stay in present? By living consciously or being awake instead of running on mindless automatic gear. Taking the time to train your focus and absorb the beauty this world has to offer.
